Italian area of interest line Acqua di Parma has launched Signatures of the Solar, a brand new assortment of ten fragrances. 5 are re-releases from the Elements assortment (Oud, Leather-based, Sándalo, Ambra and Quercia) and 5 are new (Camelia, Osmanthus, Sakura, Vaniglia and Yuzu).
Camelia ~ Citrus floral. “The fragile scent of the camellia meets the colourful notes of citrus in a complicated perfume impressed by East Asia’s treasured oriental rose.” Further notes embrace bergamot, mandarin, pink pepper, cardamom, clary sage, benzoin and musk.
Osmanthus ~ Fruity floral. “Osmanthus is a sun-filled interpretation of the flower’s deep and sensual notes. The extraordinary and energetic perfume combines the richness of the osmanthus flower with inexperienced mandarin and neroli oil. A creative mixture that takes you to the rock forests of South East Asia the place the elusive flower blooms with a wealthy and highly effective perfume.” Further notes embrace peony, pink pepper, ambrette and patchouli.
Sakura (proven) ~ Citrus floral. “The richness of the sakura flower is recreated and mixed with notes of bergamot, pink pepper and jasmine sambac in a perfume that evokes the spectacle of blossoming cherry bushes. The beautiful and engaging notes of the tiny and fragile flower are sublimed by our signature vibrant citrus notes for an unforgettable creative mixture.” Further notes embrace mandarin and musk.
Vaniglia ~ Citrus oriental. [Designated as new, but probably a re-release of the 2018 Vaniglia.] “Vaniglia is a sun-filled interpretation of vanilla’s intriguing and engaging notes. The candy essence of vanilla is extracted from the pods and mixed with notes of bergamot, mandarin, neroli and jasmine sambac for an enveloping and heat composition. A creative mixture celebrating Madagascar’s treasured essence.” Further notes embrace heliotrope, cedar and musk.
Yuzu ~ Citrus floral. “Thought-about because the rarest fruit of Japan, the yuzu fruit is now the most recent of Acqua di Parma’s “frutti d’oro”. The perfume brings collectively yuzu’s bittersweet aroma with our signature citrus notes. The glowing and energising perfume combines the freshness of the yuzu with notes of bergamot, lotus, mimosa, violet leaves, and jasmine.” Further notes embrace Sichuan pepper, musk, licorice and sandalwood.
