Introducing: Semper & Adhuc Brings Classic Watch Actions Again To Life

Colin de Tonnac, the founding father of Semper & Adhuc, studied watchmaking on the well-known Lycée Edgar Faure in Morteau, France. After commencement, he moved to Geneva, Switzerland, to work at Patek Philippe. And in 2016, he set off on his personal to begin Semper & Adhuc. (The title is Latin for “from at all times till now,” a reference to the previous actions given new life.) In my conversations with de Tonnac, it’s evident that he cares deeply about preserving watchmaking historical past and know-how. A part of this dedication means working as a lot as attainable with native companions. Aside from the Swiss motion, the whole lot of Semper & Adhuc watches are made in France.
